Turned a riverside strip for TCC Group into a landmark dining and festival destination — including a beer & wine festival built on a modular crate system — filling tenancy to full capacity.
Led market research, business model design and feasibility for MBK's management to greenlight a 3,500 sqm redevelopment — lifting rental yield from 600 to 1,500 baht per sqm.

Led business development for a food supply service across restaurant and retail channels — opening international restaurant chains as new markets and developing an AR financing model to close the cash-up-front, credit-out cash flow gap.
